If you select local pick up at the checkout then you will need to collect your order from our unit in Bideford, North Devon. This option is free and you will not be charged for shipping. You will need to contact us via email to arrange a pick up time once your order is ready. Your order will need to be collected in the agreed time window. Collection is available Monday, Wednesday & Friday (8:30am - 3:30pm). Please do not selected this option if you cannot collect within these days or times.

Unfortunately no, you can only use one discount code at one time. If we have a sale on across the whole website you will not be able to use a discount code.

Standard UK Shipping

All standard deliveries are through Royal Mail’s 48 Tracked delivery service, which is 2 to 4 working days following dispatch (this does not include the processing time). This service is fully tracked and you will provided with a tracking number. Please add a correct email and contact number as this is passed onto Royal Mail for your delivery. This service starts from £3.99 per order.

We offer free delivery for all order over £50. This will be sent via our standard shipping which is Royal Mail 48 Tracked.

Express UK Shipping

All express deliveries are through Royal Mail’s 24 Tracked delivery service, which is 1 to 2 working days following dispatch (this does not include the processing time). This service is fully tracked and you will provided with a tracking number. Please add a correct email and contact number as this is passed onto Royal Mail for your delivery. This service starts from £4.99 per order.
