Awaken - Bath Soak

Presented in a reusable 300g glass jar with a screw lid, this mineral-rich blend combines Himalayan, Epsom, and Dead Sea Salts to detoxify and restore the body. The Awaken Bath Soak is the ultimate recovery ritual. It is best used after a strenuous workout to help prevent stiffness, or when you are feeling physically drained and need a reset. The combination of three powerful salts aids in drawing out tension, while the invigorating scent shifts your mindset from sluggish to alert, preparing you to face the rest of the day or week with renewed vigour.

Pour a generous handful (or two) of the salts into warm running water. Swirl the water with your hand to help the salts dissolve and disperse the Sweet Almond Oil evenly.1 Step into the bath and soak for at least 20 minutes; this allows the magnesium-rich salts to work on your muscles while the oil hydrates your skin. Breathe in the cooling vapours to clear your head.
Shipping Processing Times
Our shipping days are Monday, Wednesdays & Fridays. Our cut off point is at 10am on the collection days, so any orders placed after this time will then go into the next available collection day.
Local Pick Up
If you select local pick up at the checkout then you will need to collect your order from our unit in Bideford, North Devon. This option is free and you will not be charged for shipping. You will need to contact us via email to arrange a pick up time once your order is ready. Your order will need to be collected in the agreed time window. For example if your agreed collection time is 1.00pm, then it will be available to collect between 12.30pm and 1.30pm. Please note that if your order has not been collected by one hour after the agreed collection time, then we will need to rearrange your collection time. COLLECTION IS ONLY AVAILABLE ON MONDAYS, WEDNESDAY & FRIDAYS BETWEEN 8:30AM - 3:30PM. Please do not select this option if you cannot collect within these dates and times.

All standard deliveries are through Royal Mail’s 48 Tracked delivery service, which is 2 to 4 working days following dispatch (this does not include the processing time). This service is fully tracked and you will provided with a tracking number. Please add a correct email and contact number as this is passed onto Royal Mail for your delivery. This service starts from £3.99 per order.
We offer free delivery for all order over £50. This will be sent via our standard shipping which is Royal Mail 48 Tracked.
Express UK Shipping
All express deliveries are through Royal Mail’s 24 Tracked delivery service, which is 1 to 2 working days following dispatch (this does not include the processing time). This service is fully tracked and you will provided with a tracking number. Please add a correct email and contact number as this is passed onto Royal Mail for your delivery. This service starts from £4.99 per order.
