Contains 3,7- dimethyl-1,6-octadien-3-yl acetate, 6,7-Dihydro-1,1,2,3,3- pentamethyl-4(5H)-indanone, Citronellol, Limonene, Linalool. May produce an allergic reaction.
Using your wax melt is simple. Just break off one or two segments from the clamshell and place them into the dish of your favourite electric or tealight wax warmer. As the 100% soy wax gently melts, it will release its beautiful, strong fragrance, filling your room with hours of incredible aroma. You can continue to remelt the wax until the scent fades. Once the wax has cooled and solidified completely, it can be easily removed and replaced with a fresh piece. For safety, always ensure your warmer is on a stable surface and never leave a tealight warmer unattended.
Shipping Processing Times
Our shipping days are Monday, Wednesdays & Fridays. Our cut off point is at 10am on the collection days, so any orders placed after this time will then go into the next available collection day.
Local Pick Up
If you select local pick up at the checkout then you will need to collect your order from our unit in Bideford, North Devon. This option is free and you will not be charged for shipping. You will need to contact us via email to arrange a pick up time once your order is ready. Your order will need to be collected in the agreed time window. For example if your agreed collection time is 1.00pm, then it will be available to collect between 12.30pm and 1.30pm. Please note that if your order has not been collected by one hour after the agreed collection time, then we will need to rearrange your collection time. COLLECTION IS ONLY AVAILABLE ON MONDAYS, WEDNESDAY & FRIDAYS BETWEEN 8:30AM - 3:30PM. Please do not select this option if you cannot collect within these dates and times.
General Delivery Options
Royal Mail 48 Tracked
All standard deliveries are through Royal Mail’s 48 Tracked delivery service, which is 2 to 3 working days following dispatch (this does not include the processing time). This service is fully tracked and you will provided with a tracking number. Please add a correct email and contact number as this is passed onto Royal Mail for your delivery. This service starts from £3.50 per order.
We offer free delivery for all order over £30. This will be sent via our standard shipping which is Royal Mail 48 Tracked.
