How to Use: Generously sprinkle the desired amount of Carpet Fresh over the area you wish to target. For a quick lift, you may vacuum it up straight away. However, for maximum impact and to deeply neutralise stubborn odours, allow the powder to sit for at least 10 minutes (or longer if possible) before vacuuming thoroughly to reveal a beautifully refreshed atmosphere.
Safety Note: Always perform a quick patch test on a small, inconspicuous area of your carpet or upholstery before full application, and ensure pets are kept safely out of the room during use as a precautionary measure.

Shipping Processing Times
Our shipping days are Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays. Our cut off point is at 1pm on the collection days, so any orders placed after this time will then go into the next available collection day.
Local Pick Up
If you select local pick up at the checkout then you will need to collect your order from Whispering Daisies Shop (15 Mill Street, Bideford, EX39 2JT), North Devon. This option is free and you will not be charged for shipping. Collection is only available Tuesday to Saturday 10am to 4pm. Any days or times outside of this window is not available.

All standard deliveries are through Royal Mail’s 48 Tracked delivery service, which is 2 to 4 working days following dispatch (this does not include the processing time). This service is fully tracked and you will provided with a tracking number. Please add a correct email and contact number as this is passed onto Royal Mail for your delivery. This service starts from £3.99 per order.
We offer free delivery for all order over £45. This will be sent via our standard shipping which is Royal Mail 48 Tracked.
Express UK Shipping
All express deliveries are through Royal Mail’s 24 Tracked delivery service, which is 1 to 2 working days following dispatch (this does not include the processing time). This service is fully tracked and you will provided with a tracking number. Please add a correct email and contact number as this is passed onto Royal Mail for your delivery. This service starts from £4.99 per order.
