Reserving Your Sanctuary Time

At Bubble & Bathe Wellness, we want your entire experience to be as peaceful and seamless as possible, starting from the moment you book. You can easily secure your holistic treatments and intuitive readings online through our website, or you are completely welcome to pop into the Whispering Daisies shop during our regular retail hours to manually book your session at the till. When you reserve an appointment with us, that time is dedicated entirely to you and your well-being, ensuring you receive a deeply personalized and unhurried healing experience.

Tuesday Appointments & Accessibility

To maintain a deeply peaceful environment, our private treatment sanctuary operates strictly on Tuesdays between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm. Our beautifully calm treatment room is located on the first floor above the Whispering Daisies shop at 15 Mill Street in Bideford. Please be mindful when booking that the sanctuary is accessed via a flight of stairs. Unfortunately, this means our treatment space is not accessible for those who cannot safely climb stairs. We ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment so that you can settle in comfortably and receive the absolute full benefit of your time with us.

Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

We completely understand that life can sometimes get in the way and plans may need to change. If you do need to cancel or reschedule your time in our sanctuary, we kindly ask that you provide a minimum of twenty-four hours of notice. This gives us the necessary time to offer that precious healing space to another client who may be waiting for a treatment. Please be aware that appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than twenty-four hours of notice, as well as missed appointments or no-shows, may be subject to a cancellation fee or the forfeiture of your booking deposit. We deeply appreciate your understanding and respect for the time and energy it takes to prepare the sanctuary for your visit.
