Use the soft side for everyday washing, the textured side when you want a proper exfoliate. Lasts up to 4 weeks of regular use. Rinse and allow to dry between uses.
I've been using this sponge for some time now, and it's perfect. It lasts a long time, perfect texture, no other bath sponges quite do the same job.
