Because we use natural ingredients and plastic-free packaging, we recommend storing your bath bombs, shower steamers, and body creams in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight, and ideally using them within six months for the best possible fragrance and fizz. If you are wondering about shipping, we proudly offer free delivery on all orders over forty-five pounds. We carefully pack and dispatch all orders from our Bideford workshop, and while delivery times can vary slightly, we always aim to have your handmade treats shipped out to you as quickly as possible. For our local customers, we also offer a convenient local pick-up option at checkout. Once you receive an email confirming that your order is ready, you can simply collect your items directly from the till inside Whispering Daisies during our regular retail opening hours. Finally, we frequently get asked if our products are suitable for sensitive skin. While our entire range is vegan, cruelty-free, and crafted with high-quality ingredients, we always recommend reviewing the specific ingredient list on each product page and doing a small patch test if you have particularly sensitive skin.

When purchasing an online email reading, the most common question is how to select the specific topics you want guidance on. During the checkout process, you will be prompted to leave a note indicating the three specific areas of your life you would like me to focus on, such as career, love, or spiritual growth. Once your reading is complete, it will be beautifully formatted and delivered directly to the email address you provided at checkout. Because I take the time to tune in deeply and type out a comprehensive twelve-month forecast and intuitive guide, readings can take a few days to be delivered depending on my current schedule, but I always ensure they are completed with the utmost care. Finally, please remember that due to the immense time and energy required for this personalised spiritual work, all online email readings are strictly non-refundable once delivered.

In-Person Sanctuary Treatments

If you are visiting our sanctuary inside Whispering Daisies in Bideford, you might be wondering how to prepare for your treatment. We simply ask that you arrive on time and wear comfortable, everyday clothing that allows you to easily relax and lie down. Please note that our private treatment room is located on the first floor and is accessed via a flight of stairs, making it unfortunately unsuitable for those who cannot climb stairs. Because our sanctuary is exclusively reserved for in-person treatments on Tuesdays between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm, spaces are limited and must be booked in advance. If you ever need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly require a minimum of twenty-four hours of notice so that we can offer that dedicated healing time to another client.
