At Bubble & Bathe Wellness, we are thrilled to share our handmade creations with you, no matter where you are located. We carefully package every single order by hand in our Bideford workshop, using completely eco-friendly and plastic-free materials to protect both your products and the planet. For our national customers, we proudly offer free standard shipping on all orders over forty-five pounds. If you are local to North Devon, you can also select our convenient local pick-up option at checkout. Once you receive your confirmation email letting you know your order is ready, you can collect it directly from the till at Whispering Daisies during our regular shop opening hours, Tuesday through Saturday between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm.

Returns on Physical Products

We pour our hearts into creating high-quality bath and body products, and we truly hope you love everything you order. However, if you do need to return a physical item, we are always here to help. Due to the personal hygiene nature of our bath, shower, and skincare products, we can only accept returns on items that are completely unused, unopened, and in their original, pristine condition. If your order happens to arrive damaged or you wish to initiate a return within fourteen days of receiving your parcel, please email us directly at info@bubbleandbathe.co.uk so we can gently guide you through the process and make things right.

Holistic Services & Digital Readings

Because our wellness hub offers more than just physical products, we have specific policies in place for our holistic services to protect the immense time and energy involved in delivering them. All in-depth online email readings are strictly non-refundable once the detailed, personalized guidance has been completed and delivered to your inbox. For our in-person sanctuary treatments at Whispering Daisies in Bideford, we kindly require a minimum of twenty-four hours of notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows us enough time to offer that precious healing space to another client. Please note that appointments canceled with less than twenty-four hours of notice, as well as missed appointments, may be subject to a cancellation fee or the forfeiture of your deposit.
