Hosted in the calm surroundings of Whispering Daisies, this wonderful session is guided by Debbie, who will teach you how to unlock the powerful healing benefits hidden within your own hands. You will begin the morning by learning how to tap into your intuition to select the perfect aromatherapy scent from Debbie’s custom-made collection, choosing between beautifully uplifting, deeply relaxing, or powerfully energizing essential oil blends to enhance your massage experience.
Targeted Relief for Everyday Ailments
Once you have selected your perfect scent, Debbie will gently guide you through a series of calming massage movements and teach you the exact locations of key reflexology pressure points. You will discover how specific areas of the hand correspond to different parts of the body, learning exactly which points to work on to help relieve common, everyday ailments. Throughout the session, we will specifically cover techniques to naturally ease tension headaches, soothe tummy issues, calm hayfever symptoms, relieve tight shoulders and neck tension, and ease hip and backache.
